Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original decorative packaging and protective shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
